GEOCODES Co-Operative Training Program (Co-Op) is an essential part of the talent management initiatives, and a necessary component of our recruitment strategy.This tailored program will help the trainees to practice tasks during periods of specialized study in the work field. The objective of this program is to assist participants in gaining practical work experience, as well as meet the graduation requirements of their respective schools. A student who takes part in the program is evaluated at the end of the program, to determine their overall grade for the internship credits required by the school. GEOCODES CO-OP program is designed to help you find out more about GEOCODES and the different types of work we do to help our clients thrive. Eligibility:
Eligibility:Saudi national or foreign national eligible to work in Saudi Arabia. Have a strong academic background (Diploma or Bachelor degree), with a GPA of minimum 2.5/4, or 3/5.Be currently attending a Saudi college, university, or graduate program. Have completed a minimum of one (1) year as a student at a degree-granting two or four-year College or University (completion of one year’s worth of academic credits over a more extended period may qualify part-time students for participation in the Student Intern Program), or a currently enrolled graduate student or accepted in a graduate degree program. COOP Request Letter issued by your university. Copy of your latest transcript. Copy of latest CV. COOP must be at least 16 weeks in duration . Professional Skills:

Requirements:
We require Majors in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, and Accounting with GPA 3.75 or equivalent.
Objectives:
Expose students to working environments in which they can gain the proper technical skills needed for the labor market.Engaging students in different tasks assigned by the training institute which enhances their knowledge in different utilities and functions regarding managerial processes.Increase students’ chances of obtaining job offers, especially within the training institute.Elevating the students’ communication and writing skills as well as their analytic and research skills.
